Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: (1) meet the 1975 diagnostic criteria for Bohan and Peter dermatomyositis; (2) Age> 18 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with other hereditary metabolic, endocrine myopathies and autoimmune diseases; (2) Those who are in poor general physical condition and unable to cooperate with the examination; (3) amyogenic dermatomyositis;
