Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as a patient with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease; (2) Age range from 18 to 65 years old; (3) Body mass index (BMI) = 25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Lack of liver B-mode ultrasound results, unable to accurately diagnose fatty liver status; (2) Excessive drinkers (men drink = 210g per week, women drink = 140g per week); (3) Individuals with a history of chronic liver disease (chronic hepatitis, liver cancer, autoimmune liver disease, and drug-induced liver damage); (4) Liver enzymes (ALT, AST, GGT) greater than three times the upper limit of the reference range; (5) Hepatitis B surface antigen positive individuals; (6) Using lipid-lowering drugs (such as statins and beta drugs); (7) Suffering from tumors, severe liver and/or kidney dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, severe hematological disorders, infectious or systemic inflammatory diseases, and a history of severe metabolic disorders and malignant diseases; (8) Diabetes patients treated with hypoglycemic drugs.
