18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged 18-70 years old, regardless of gender, diagnosed with gallstones, with or without chronic cholecystitis, with indications for LC surgery, and planning to undergo LC surgery; (2) The stones can be single or multiple, with the largest stone diameter =2cm; (3) 18kg/m2=BMI=30 kg/m2; (4) Not participating in other clinical trials; (5) No history of diabetes; (6) Clear mind, clear thinking, no mental illness, able to understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute cholecystitis; (2) Combined (or suspected) choledocholithiasis; (3) Combined (or suspected) gallbladder cancer; (4) Intraoperative grade =III of the American society of anesthesiologists (ASA); (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Patients with previous history of upper abdominal surgery; (7) Patients with high suspicion of intraperitoneal adhesion before operation; (8) Patients diagnosed with cicatricial constitution; (9) Patients with chronic diseases requiring long-term oral hormone therapy; (10) Patients who abused alcohol or drugs within one year were assessed by alcohol abuse using the Alcohol Use Disorder Screening Scale.
