Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Diagnosed as active pulmonary TB based on guidelines, including patients also have extrapulmonary tuberculosis and will be treated with a 6-month drug-sensitive tuberculosis regimen recommended by WHO (2) Have a fixed address and contact information; (3) 18 years old or above; (4) mentally normal and able to receive health education and behavioral interventions; (5) Willing to participate in this study and sign the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) terminal illness with a life expectancy of less than 12 months (2) Unable to cooperate due to serious mental illness; (3) live in this city less than one year.
