Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years; (2) Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018 and were diagnosed with stroke by cranial CT or MRI; (3) Patients who had occlusion of the internal carotid artery, middle cerebral artery M1 or M2 segments confirmed by preoperative intracranial digital subtraction angiography (DSA), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), or computed tomography angiography (CTA); (4) Adequate information was reported and the medical record could be queried from the electronic medical record system; (5) Laboratory tests were completed within 24h of admission; (6) Cranial CT or MRI was reviewed within 48h-72 hours after treatment such as thrombolysis/thrombectomy, or when there was aggravation of neurological deficits in the course of disease progression.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)The initial head CT imaging examination indicated intracranial hemorrhage; (2) excluded secondary stroke caused by other diseases; (3) other brain dysfunction or genetic diseases; (4) with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other vital organs injury; (5) acute external cerebral artery embolism.
