18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old 2.living at high altitude ( 3800 m above sea level ) for more than 3 months. 3 No obvious abnormality in heart, liver, lung and kidney function. 4 Not long-term use of opioids or sedative-hypnotic drugs 5 No history of mental and nervous system diseases. 6 No hearing impairment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Drug abuse or alcohol abuse 2 Severe obesity ( BMI > 30kg m-2 ). 3 MMSE score < 24 points.
