Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged 18 or above; ? Newly registered nurses in their first year of employment at this institution; ? Willing to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Unable to participate in the full intervention or assessment of this study; ? Severe mental illness or regular use of anti-anxiety and analgesic medications; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Other conditions deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the researchers.
