Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with crowded dentition and need to be treated by extraction. 2. The patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.The affected teeth have any periodontal or tooth-related diseases, such as dental caries, periapical periodontitis, etc. 2.The loss of periodontal attachment was more than 1 mm. 3.Patients with any systemic diseases, such as diabetes, hematological diseases, or abnormal liver and kidney function. 4.Patients with any jaw disease or bone dysplasia caused by any reason. 5.Patients who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy. 6.Patients who took any drugs that affected the results of this study. 7.Any patient with dyslexia or mental retardation who is unable to read, understand and sign the informed consent form and follow the instructions related to the study.
