Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with knee osteoarthritis (1) meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis (2) kellgren-lawrence grade I-II (3) have not had knee surgery before; Patients who have not had KOA-related treatment in the last month, or who have had a washout period of at least two weeks after receiving treatment (4) Patients with no gender limitation and ages 19-90 years old (5) could fully understand the treatment plan of this study and sign informed consent, and their compliance was good 2.healthy people (1) no motor system and central system diseases (2) self-care at home (3) age =50 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Patients with knee osteoarthritis (1) who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria (2) patients with knee joint contusion or foot and ankle deformity, pain and other lesions affecting normal walking (3) patients with gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and other symptoms similar but not degenerative knee arthritis (4) patients with serious underlying diseases, Such as cardiopulmonary insufficiency, heart failure and myocardial infarction, liver and kidney function injury, blood system disease and bone tumor patients (5) who received immunosuppressive, adrenocortical hormone local or systemic treatment 3 weeks before the test (6) mental patients, people with intellectual disabilities 2.healthy people (1) have a variety of basic diseases, physical weakness (2) Unable to complete the exercise planned in the experiment
