Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-60 years, ASA1-3 grade, who are undergoing non-intubating intravenous general anesthesia (painless gastroscopy, painless colonoscopy, or painless hysteroscopy)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women, patients with a history of allergy to the study drugs, patients using sedative or analgesic drugs before surgery, patients with perioperative cognitive dysfunction, patients with preoperative complications such as severe circulatory and respiratory diseases, patients with ASA grade 4, patients with difficult airways (such as BMI > 30Kg/m2, OASA patients with mouth opening < 4cm, and so on), Mallampati=3 points), patients with maxillofacial trauma or surgical history, patients with severe anemia or severe peripheral vascular lesions, patients with pacemaker implantation and treatment operation time of more than 30 minutes
