Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age>18 years old and<80 years old; 2. Patients who undergo elective thoracic surgery 3: Sign informed consent form 4: Willing to accept follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with severe preoperative cardiovascular, liver, kidney, endocrine, or blood diseases 2: Patients with a history of drug allergies (opioids, local anesthetics, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) 3: Morbidly obese patients (BMI>40) 4: Patients with chronic chest pain; Patients with a history of chronic pain syndrome; Patients receiving chronic analgesic treatment (daily morphine = 30 milligrams) or equivalent doses of other opioid drugs 5: Patients with a history of drug abuse; 6: Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 7: Patients with mental illnesses.
