Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Female, aged 18-75 years; (2) Breast cancer patients with a clear pathological diagnosis, who have been treated with adjuvant chemotherapy according to the CSCO guidelines, and who have entered the maintenance phase after 2-4 cycles of chemotherapy with stable disease evaluation; (3) Have some ability to understand and express themselves, participate in this study voluntarily, and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to communicate due to severe aphasia, dysphasia, or deafness; (2) Persons with a history of psychiatric disorders not easily controlled, combined with organic mental disorders; (3) Anxiety attacks secondary to other psychiatric or somatic disorders; (4) Psychological interventions in the last 1 month.
