Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria(Observation and intervention scores are the same as the study nadir criteria) (1) Consistent with the expert consensus diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in children (2019); (2) Duration of disease =0.5 years; (3) Age 10-24 years old; (4) Children and their parents have informed consent and normal understanding and communication skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria(Observation and intervention scores are the same as the study nadir criteria) (1) Refuse to participate; (2) have a serious intellectual disability; (3) Unable to participate in the interview with serious complications; (4) Lack of basic communication skills.
