RT+BFR group:Low-intensity resistance exercise combined with blood flow restriction
RT+rTMS group:Low-intensity resistance exercise combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation
RT+BFR+rTMS group:Low-intensity flow-restricted resistance exercise combined with high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation

50 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age 50-65 years old; (2) natural menopause for more than 1 year (amenorrhea for 12 months without any obvious pathological or physiological cause can be judged as natural menopause); (3) right-handed (4) Irregular exercise (Exercise less than 3 times a week for less than 30 minutes for the past 3 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of major surgery or fracture within 6 months before the study;(2) with exercise contraindications (such as severe cardiovascular disease, severe osteoporosis, neurological dysfunction, menopausal syndrome) and metal residues (including pacemakers, dentures, etc.);(3) patients receiving hormone therapy;(4) Unable to understand and complete the test.
