NO-KI group (control group without AKI) and DI-KI group (experimental group with AKI) according to whether AKI occurred after the use of nephrotoxic drugs.:None

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Agree to sign the informed consent form 2 Adult patients older than 18 years 3 were expected to receive a course of the corresponding nephrotoxic agent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 CKD stage 5 or receiving regular dialysis 2 Baseline serum creatinine = 4mg/dL(353.6µmol/L) on medication 3 Acute kidney injury occurred on admission 4 Renal transplant status or solitary kidney The course of nephrotoxic drugs is too short 6 Unable to tolerate multiple blood collections 7 The patient asked to withdraw
