18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-85 years; (2) normal preoperative coagulation function; (3) GP IIb/IIIa receptor antagonists infused intravenously with a micropump after surgery; (4) no serious cardiac, cerebral, renal, neurological or other systemic diseases; (5) stable condition, no communication disorders, and clear consciousness after the operation; (6) informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) deformity or trauma to the forearm of the operated limb; (2) intraoperative conversion to puncture of the brachial artery; (3) significant preoperative swelling of the punctured limb; (4) inadequate bandaging, which needed to be rebandaged on return to the ward; (5) serious complications, such as malignant cardiac arrhythmia; (6) participation in a similar study during the same period.
