60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. = 60 years old; 2. No communication barriers; 3. Stay in the nursing home for = 1 month; 4. Own a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment (the Simple Mental State Questionnaire = 3 points), or obvious difficulty or error in answering questions; 2. Have severe visual and hearing impairment; 3. Active medical diseases, such as cerebrovascular diseases; 4. Serious mental illness, such as schizophrenia, delusions, bipolar disorder, etc.
