Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet HIP diagnostic criteria; (2) Aged 20-45 years old; (3) Patients were treated with insulin
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, anti-cardiolipin antibody syndrome and other autoimmune system diseases; (2) Patients with heart and lung function injury, liver and kidney function abnormality or other serious diseases; (3) Patients with serious mental illness and infectious diseases; (4) Patients with excessive alcohol or drug use; (5) Patients who had used drugs that may affect blood sugar, such as glucocorticoids, within 3 months before enrollment; (6) Patients who do not have access to the Internet or applications on their smartphones.
