18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with structural heart disease; 2. Age 18-85; 3. The expected survival of the patients was greater than 12 months; 4. Patients with good compliance who volunteered for follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to tolerate imaging evaluation of cardiac structure and function due to severe disease; 2. Have a history of drug abuse; 3. Blood biomarkers and imaging indicators cannot be reviewed regularly at follow-up visits; 4. End-stage renal failure (defined as glomerular filtration rate less than 15ml/min.m2)
