Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 174 patients with ASAI-II grade, aged 4-9years old and regardless of gender, were selected for otolaryngology and gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital since July 2024.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to halogenated anesthetics; Failure of vital organs (lung, liver, kidney); Patients with muscular dystrophy, oropharyngeal obstruction, respiratory infection in the past two weeks, refusal to cooperate, bleeding disease, coagulation dysfunction and other history.
