Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Elderly patients who underwent elective unilateral upper limb surgery in our hospital from July 2022 to June 2024; (2) Age: 60 years, 18 kg/m 2 <BMI <30 kg / m 2, ASA grade I-III; (3) Anesthesia monitoring time is 2-3 hours; (4) preoperative cognitive function is normal and no use of psychotropic drugs;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of neurological illness or mental illness (such as Alzheimer's disease, stroke, or depression); (2) Currently taking anti-anxiety, depression drugs and other psychotropic drugs; (3) The infected persons at the block site and other anesthesia contraindications; (4) History of alcohol abuse; (5) Severe auditory or visual impairment existed before surgery.
