Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe NRDS requiring mechanical ventilation within 4h after birth; (2) The initial demand for inhaled oxygen concentration = 40%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Postnatal asphyxia, with or without organ injury; (2) Combined with surgical disease or congenital heart disease; (3) Congenital genetic metabolic disease.
