65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: 65-90 years old 2: ASA ?-IV 3: Laparoscopic major abdominal surgery was performed under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction, such as dementia and Alzheimer's disease; 2) Have serious hearing, vision, language and other reasons to be unable to communicate normally; 3) Refuse to participate in the study; 4) Stage IV cancer patients; 5) Intraoperative accident or postoperative ICU; 6) Second surgery in a short period of time.
