Interventions

Group E1:At induction, esketamine was injected intravenously at 0.25mg/kg, and after induction, it was injected continuously at 0.5mg/kg/h
Group E2:At induction, esketamine was injected intravenously at 0.5mg/kg, and after induction, it was injected continuously at 0.5mg/kg/h
Group C:Give an equal amount of saline

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA?~? level; Selective thoracoscopic pneumonectomy was performed. Age 18-70 years old; Obtain informed consent from patients and their families; 18=BMI=30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients allergic to any drug in the trial; (2) Patients at risk of elevated intracranial pressure; (3) Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (resting systolic/diastolic blood pressure exceeding 180/100 MMHG); (4) Patients with hyperthyroidism and poor control; (5) serious heart and lung diseases and liver and kidney dysfunction; (6) A history of mental illness or drug abuse; (7) Refusing to participate in the study.
