Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18-90 years old 2) Leg ulcers, which can be caused by any of the following: diabetes, venous insufficiency, trauma, surgery, and pressure 3) The wound area > 0.5 cm2 4) There was no trend towards healing after 4 weeks of regular treatment 5) Voluntarily participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Active cellulitis 2) osteomyelitis 3) gangrene 4) ABI 1.3 5) Revascularization was performed in the last 6 weeks(Ipsilateral lower extremity) 6) Taken any experimental drug or applied topically to the wound 4 weeks prior to the study 7) Presence of significant medical conditions that would impair wound healing, such as aplastic anemia, liver disease, scleroderma, malignancy, or immunosuppressive therapy 8) Patients who are participating in other clinical trials 9) Specimen collection was not satisfactory 10) Vulnerable groups, including people with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, etc. 11) Other reasons that are considered unsuitable by the investigators to participate in this study
