Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective craniotomy (2) aged 18-64 years old (3) ASA Grade II to III (4) signed informed consent before surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of local anesthetic allergy; (2) Skin infection and goiter at the puncture site; (3) Coagulation dysfunction; (4) BMI > 30kg/m2; (5) serious abnormal function of heart, liver, lung, kidney and other vital organs before operation; (6) Asthma, chronic cough, a history of upper respiratory tract infection within 1 week, and a history of long-term sore throat; (7) Those who are combined with mental system diseases, cannot cooperate, and cannot communicate normally.
