Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diabetic patients in the diabetes co-care clinic met the diagnostic criteria for diabetes : typical symptoms of diabetes (polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, unexplained weight loss) plus random venous plasma glucose = 11.1 mmol/L; or plus fasting venous plasma glucose = 7.0 mmol/L; or 2 hours after plus glucose loading, Venous plasma glucose = 11.1 mmol/L; or glycated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) = 6.5% . If there are no typical symptoms of diabetes mellitus, they need to be reexamined and confirmed another day. (2) Age = 50 years. (3) Can use smart phones. (4) Be able to communicate with the researcher without difficulty. (5) Bone mineral density test by DXA, -2.5 < T value < -1. (6) After the researcher explained the purpose of the study, he voluntarily signed the informed consent form and participated in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There are serious chronic diseases and their complications, such as heart failure, renal failure, severe diabetic foot, etc. (2) History of treatment with antiresorptive drugs (such as bisphosphonates, calcitonin, and estrogen) and/or osteogenic drugs (such as fluoride and parathyroid hormone). (3) History of malignant tumor, bone metastatic tumor or other endocrine and bone metabolic diseases. (4) History of bilateral hip replacement or fracture. (5) Those who suffer from mental illness, have difficulty in moving and are unable to complete bone-building exercises.
