18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing elective surgery of painless gastroscopy, ages 18~80 years old, regardless of gender, ASA physical state I or II, BMI 18~35 kg/m2, voluntarily signs an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with respiratory disorder, or circulatory disturbance, abnormal blood routine examination, abnormal blood chemical feature, insufficient fasting and drinking time, esophageal or gastric surgery, allergies to research drugs, pregnant, anatomical abnormalities of the upper digestive tract, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, poor ultrasound image quality.
