18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65; 2. ASA1-III; 3.Patients undergoing bronchoscopy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications for bronchoscopy; 2. Patients with difficult airway; 3. Patients with study drug allergy; 4, patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure =180mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure =110mmHg); 5. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 6. Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency classified as New York Heart Association (NYHA) Level III or above; 7. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction characterized by abnormal biochemical indexes of liver and kidney function; 8. Patients whose preoperative state of consciousness is difficult to determine; 9. Patients with a history of psychotropic drug use; 10. Patients who meet any other conditions that the investigators deem unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
