Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Endoscopy with intravenous anesthesia (2) Age =18 years old (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade ?-? (4) Be able to understand the process and method of this study, and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; (2) History of severe arrhythmia, acute pharyngitis, tonsillitis; Pneumonia or anaerobic pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) <90% (3) A history of myocardial infarction and unstable angina pectoris in the last 6 months (4) Pathological changes or surgical history of the nose and throat (5) Allergy to propofol, eggs, soy or albumin (6) Lack of cooperation ability (7) Pregnancy or lactation
