Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of patient cases 1.Meets diagnostic criteria for both Chinese and Western medicine, 2.The patents are between 18 and 70 years old, 3. The patents are voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers 1.No chronic gastrointestinal disease, no history of circulatory, respiratory and urinary diseases, 2.Blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver and kidney function, and electrocardiogram were normal, 3. The healthy volunteers are between 18 and 70 years old, 4.They did not take any medicine before the physical examination, 5.The healthy volunteersare voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Autoimmune gastritis; 2. Gastric mucosa with high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or suspected malignant transformation by pathological diagnosis; 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, liver, kidney, lung and blood system; 4. Pregnant and lactating women.
