18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction in the 2022 American Heart Association/American College of Cardiology/American Heart Failure Association Guidelines for Heart Failure Management 2. Age 18-85; 3. The survival time of patients was greater than 12 months; 4. Complete at least 3 echocardiograms, where the baseline is at least 3 months apart from the second ultrasound, and the second ultrasound is at least 3 months apart from the third ultrasound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to tolerate imaging evaluation of cardiac structure and function due to severe disease; 2. Have a history of drug abuse; 3. End-stage renal failure (defined as glomerular filtration rate less than 15ml/min.m2)
