35 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age 35-70 years old; ? New cerebral ischemia in line with the Diagnostic Essentials of Various Major cerebrovascular diseases in China;? Primary cerebral infarction of basal ganglia; ? Within 3 months of onset; ? junior high school or above; ?MOCAScore between 25 and 30 points; ? can walk 10 meters and above independently; ? Can cooperate with imaging and God Electrophysiological examination; ? Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The cerebrovascular disease is progressing or the vital signs are unstable; (2) Past or present cerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma and other neurological or psychiatric diseases, serious heart, lung, liver, kidney dysfunction; ? Patients with sensory aphasia, sensory and cognitive abnormalities, anxiety and depression before and after stroke, and unable to cooperate with examination and treatment; (4) Previous epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; ? Deterioration of the disease, new infarcts or large cerebral infarction; ? After cardiac installation of pacemaker, stent, bypass surgery; ? Patients with malignant tumors; ? Patients with strong response to noise, low temperature environment and space claustrophobia
