65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age > 65; (2) pathology confirmed primary tumors in colorectal adenocarcinoma; (3) pathology confirmed hepatic metastasis for CRLM; (4) The primary lesion was resected or resectable according to MDT; (5) Liver metastases were resectable according to MDT; (6) Patients with liver metastases had not received local treatment before treatment, including interventional therapy and radiofrequency ablation. (7) function of important organs intact.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) the palliative surgery; (2) previous history of malignant tumors other than CRC; (3) the experimental drug use any interference, including hormone, etc.; (4) in addition to the lier, there are other parts of the transfer; (5) missing data including loss to follow-up; (6) important organ dysfunction, and may affect the study of disease
