Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) at least 1 year of resistance training experience; (2) no serious physical or mental injuries; (3) no ingestion of caffeine, alcohol, nutritional supplements, or any medications prior to the test; and (4) no significant discomfort during any of the tests.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; 2. Injury, loss of visit, midway withdrawal;3. Consumption of caffeine, alcohol, nutritional supplements or any drugs prior to the test.
