Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age less than 1 year old, major surgery requiring radial arterial catheterization, Allen test normal (Simultaneously compressing the ulnar and radial arteries, releasing the ulnar artery after the palm turns white, and the color of the palm quickly turns red or returns to normal within 10 seconds, indicating the existence of good collateral circulation between the ulnar and radial arteries. Allen's test is negative, and puncture can be performed through the radial artery), approved by the guardian with the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: trisomy 21 syndrome, ulnar artery malformation, history of radial arterial catheterization within a month, infection of wound at the puncture site
