Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone thoracoscopic partial resection of the lung (wedge, segment, lobe) for more than 3 months; 2. Intraoperative use of thoracic paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia. 3. Age = 18 years old; 4. Possess telephone response and communication skills; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in this study; 2. Communication barriers, inability to cooperate with researchers, such as language comprehension disorders, mental illness, epilepsy, history of Parkinson's disease, or myasthenia gravis; 3. Patients who undergo thoracotomy or thoracoscopic surgery again after surgery; 4. Patients who are lost to follow-up due to reasons such as death or unwillingness to undergo telephone follow-up.
