Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? III to IV degree internal hemorrhoid patients who comply with the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Hemorrhoids (2020) and the National Higher Education "Thirteenth Five Year Plan" Textbook for Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry and the National Higher Education Planning Textbook for Traditional Chinese Medicine Colleges and Universities "Chinese Medicine Surgery" (10th edition) ? Having surgical indications, suitable for external dissection and internal ligation, with 2-4 open wounds in the anus after surgery; ? Age = 18 years and = 65 years old, regardless of gender; ? Screening before enrollment does not involve other serious metabolic diseases, and the functions of organs such as heart and brain are basically normal ? Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial, voluntarily sign a series of informed consent forms required for this clinical study, and actively cooperate with various therapists;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with combined inflammatory bowel disease, perianal eczema, and other perianal skin diseases; ? Patients with primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and kidney, blood system, malignant tumor, diabetes, tuberculosis, etc; ? Individuals who are allergic to the use of drugs in this study or have an allergic constitution; ? Breastfeeding or pregnant women; ? Patients with excessive wound area due to poor surgical techniques; ? Those with mental disorders, cognitive impairment, etc. who cannot cooperate with treatment and examination, making it difficult to determine the therapeutic effect;
