Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for this study are as follows: 1. Patients who require thoracoscopic-assisted unilateral lobectomy. 2. Patients who undergo thoracoscopic-assisted lobectomy under general anesthesia. 3. Patients aged 44-80 years old. 4. Patients classified as American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) II-III. 5. Operations with a duration of at least 2 hours. 6. Patients with normal preoperative body temperature.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the operation include: refusal to cooperate, infection at the puncture site, abnormal coagulation function, severe thoracic spinal deformity, allergy to nerve block drugs, significant intraoperative bleeding, expected transfer to the intensive care unit, and pre-existing metabolic diseases.
