Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with expected difficult airway for awake flexible endoscopic endotracheal intubation; 2. Age>=18 years old; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to glycopyrronium and its constituent components; 2. Patients with a history of angle-closure glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, paralytic intestinal obstruction, pyloric stenosis, and prostate hypertrophy; 3. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 4. Heart rate > 100 beats/min at rest or severe arrhythmia before surgery; 5. Patients taking anticholinergic drugs (antiparkinson's drugs, tricyclic antidepressants) before surgery; 6. Patients with severe hypertension and coronary heart disease; 7. Patients with salivary gland secretion disorders; 8. Patients with a mouth opening < 1cm; 9. Patients who refuse to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
