Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Provide informed consent voluntarily and be able to understand and speak Mandarin; 2. Female, aged 18 or above 3. patients diagnosed with LAM according to European Respiratory Society guidelines; Or endothelial growth factor D> 800pg/ml for suspected LAM; 4. Patients in stable condition (no deterioration or change in treatment within 8 weeks); Experience at least moderate fatigue, sleep disturbance, and depression in the past 1 month (score =4, ranging from "0" no symptoms to "10" most severe symptoms)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious uncontrolled medical illness that the investigator considers will affect the patient's ability to receive the study protocol treatment, such as combined serious medical illness, including severe heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, uncontrolled diabetes, uncontrolled infection, etc.; 2. The patient is currently taking medications for fatigue, sleep disorders, or depression, such as antidepressants, psychostimulants, or medications for regulating sleep disorders; 3. The patient is extremely weak or has mental or cognitive impairment and is unable to perform physical activities; 4. Patients after or waiting for lung transplantation; 5. The patient had musculoskeletal disorders; 6. A history of pneumothorax within the past 3 months; 7. Have taken tai chi courses within 6 months; 8. In the past 3 months, regular physical exercise (including qigong, Wushu, Baduanjin, Yijinjing, Chan-chuang, etc.), at least 3 times a week, each time more than 30 minutes 9. Other elective surgeries are scheduled in the near future 10.Pregnant or lactating women
