Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria for MA addiction in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th edition (DSM-5); (2) be between the ages of 18-35 years old; (3) have an elementary school education or higher; (4) have a color vision that is normal (no color blindness or color weakness).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) a history of heroin, marijuana, and other illicit drug use in addition to MA use; (2) a history of epilepsy, stroke, increased intracranial pressure, and traumatic brain injury; (3) an acute psychiatric disorder or a severe physical illness; (4) the presence of metal implants such as electrodes, pacemakers, and cardiac bypasses in the body; (5) recent skin allergies, injuries, and inflammation; and (6) a history of brain stimulation therapy (transcranial direct current stimulation therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy, etc.) and are currently receiving other treatments, such as medication.
