Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =18 years; 2. Chest pain <12 h; 3. The first electrocardiogram(ECG) showed ST segment elevation =0.1 mV in two or more adjacent leads.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced malignant tumor; 2. History of myocardial infarction; 3. Acute inflammatory or infectious disease; 4. Decompensated liver disease; 5. End-stage renal disease; 6. Severe heart failure (Killip III-IV); 7. History of coronary artery bypass; 8. Hypersensitivity to SBP; 9. Failure to complete the study and lack of follow-up.
