Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)2020.04.01 to 2025.05.01 Patients underwent visceral fat area examination in Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital; (2)All met the World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria for diabetes in 2019; (3) GADA,ICA are negative; (4) Age =18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Diabetes other than T2DM; (2)VFA data missing; (3) Data needed to assess ASCVD risk are lacking; (4)Patients with ASCVD medical history; (5) Patients with use of glucocorticoid; (6) Stress (infection, surgery, trauma, malignant tumor) of the patients; (7) Loss to follow-up.
