Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. General population with obsessive-compulsive symptoms and dysfunctional metacognitive beliefs 2. Educational level of middle school and above 3. Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Loss of or insufficient self-awareness, presence of psychotic symptoms such as hallucinations, delusions, etc. 2. Presence of severe depression or self-inflicted suicidal attempts and behaviors 3. History of alcohol or drug abuse 4. Refusal of psychotherapy, or ineffective participation in a full course of psychotherapy.
