Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for complex abdominal infections and sepsis; Age range from 18 to 75 years old; Diagnose sepsis and apply Xuebijing injection within 48 hours; SOFA score 2-13 points; The time from admission to surgery is less than 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete clinical data, use of other anti-inflammatory drugs, concomitant severe underlying diseases (hematological disorders, severe liver failure, tumor or other diseases using immunosuppressants), use of drugs that affect coagulation function (heparin, warfarin, etc.) during treatment, transfer or automatic discharge during treatment.
