18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Uremia patients who meet the indications for allogeneic kidney transplantation and intend to undergo allogeneic kidney transplantation; (2) Age 18 to 60 years old; (3) 3 months or more of continuous dialysis treatment before surgery; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists Grading < Level 3; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Kidney retransplantation; (2) Multi-organ transplantation; (3) Complicated with serious diseases of the heart, brain, lungs, liver or other important organs that are not suitable for early postoperative activities; (4) Patients with diseases or injuries of limb joints that limit movement; (5) COVID-19 infected in the perioperative period; (6) Postoperative bleeding, urinary fistula and ureteral obstruction that are judged by the physician to be unsuitable for early activities; (7) Other people who are unable to understand and cooperate with the assessment or exercise intervention.
