Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with one or more of the following conditions: 1.Abdominal obesity 2.Hypertension 3.Hyperglycemia 4.Hyperlipidemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coronary artery disease 2.Heart failure 3.Atrial ?brillation 4.Previous cerebrovascular insult 5.Congenital heart disease 6.Moderate or severe valvular heart disease 7.Other chronic diseases, such as pulmonary hypertension, obstructive pulmonary disease, cirrhosis of the liver, neoplastic disease and kidney failure.
