Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent patients, younger than 18 years old, older than 8 years old, with unclosed epiphyses, and of any gender, who attended the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University for arthroscopic suspension and fixation of posterior cruciate ligament avulsion fractures from May 2013 to June 2024 were collected 1. Subjects voluntarily enroll in the study and sign an informed consent form. 2. meet the following indications for surgery: adolescent patients with posterior cruciate ligament tibial stop avulsion fracture diagnosed by X-ray, CT and MRI.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative clinical and imaging diagnosis of combined other diseases of the knee, such as multiple ligament injuries and fractures of the knee other than the region of interest. Presence of vital organ disorders and other serious underlying diseases, including: 1) Severe osteoporosis and joint degeneration. 2) Insufficiency or failure of the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys, and other organs, making it difficult to complete follow-up visits. 3) Connective tissue diseases: lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, polyarteritis nodosa, Wegener's granulomatosis, giant cell arteritis, and dry syndrome. (4) Neuropsychiatric disorders: cerebrovascular diseases (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), migraine, inflammatory diseases of the brain (encephalitis, meningitis), myelitis, epilepsy, dementia, peripheral neuropathies, and myasthenia gravis), organic mental disorders of the brain (including Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, mental disorders caused by traumatic brain injury, mental disorders caused by intracranial infections, mental disorders caused by lung tumors, mental disorders caused by syphilis, epileptic mental disorders, and mental disorders caused by epilepsy). (including mental disorders caused by Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, mental disorders caused by traumatic brain injury, mental disorders caused by intracranial infections, mental disorders caused by lung tumors, mental disorders caused by syphilis, epileptic mental disorders, and mental disorders caused by HIV/AIDS), and mental disorders caused by somatic diseases (including mental disorders caused by somatic infections, mental disorders caused by diseases of internal organs, mental disorders caused by endocrine disorders and metabolic disorders.
