50 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Parkinson's disease should meet the 2015 MDS Parkinson's disease; 2. Patients with Parkinson's syndrome should meet the diagnostic criteria for PDS, and data collection and follow-up; 3. Healthy subjects should have no cerebrovascular diseases, brain trauma, hydrocephalus, intracranial space occupation, serious mental illness or serious systemic diseases, or abnormal examination results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with cerebrovascular disease, traumatic brain injury, hydrocephalus, intracranial occupancy, severe psychiatric disease, severe systemic disease, or abnormal test results, who are deemed unsuitable for enrollment after evaluation by the investigator
